If you have a passion for food, providing high-quality customer service and industry experience, then please submit an application form.
Once we receive your application, we will invite you to one of our BRO DAYS, where you will meet some of our key management and this will allow you to gain insight into the business from all aspects.
Upon completion of all the relevant information, we will conduct an executive board meeting where our board will consider your franchise proposal.
If approved, we will provide you written confirmation and you will start BRGR.BRO training to join our amazing team!
We can talk to you about specific areas once your application is progressing. Please indicate on your application form which areas you are most interested in.
We are always on the lookout for suitable property. One of our acquisitions team will be able to advise you on this.
At the start of the franchise agreement, there is an initial fee payable for each unit. This gives you the right to use the BRGR.BRO trademark, its systems for preparing marketing and selling food products, its information and other confidential information and proprietary information. Also included in the license fee is an allowance for management and staff training as well as staff uniforms and initial marketing support. The remainder of the start-up costs are spent on the building fit-out and equipment costs (which will vary depending on your site).
If you meet our criteria and a suitable site is available that meets the necessary requirements, we expect that the relevant checks and store fit-out to take no longer than 8 to 10 weeks.
The staff and management will receive an intensive 7-day training programme. BRGR.BRO will run this training at the agreed location and grant all attendees a certificate at the end of the programme.
