All products are subject to availability. In most cases, our franchisee will offer an alternative option for any out-of-stock item. Some franchisees do not sell all of our product range.
We do not use nuts in our products; however, some ingredients are produced in factories that handle nuts and some ice creams / deserts may contain nuts. For full ingredient list and allergen information please contact your local staff. Stores are busy working environments and there is also a risk of cross-contamination. If you have an allergy we kindly advise you not to order online. Instead, speak to your chosen store and inform your order-taker directly about your allergies and food intolerances. Great care is taken in the preparation of all our products, however, we cannot guarantee that all bones from meat products have been removed as some may remain. Some products may have been previously frozen. Vegetarian or any religious food requirement customers, please speak to a member of staff prior to placing the order.
We use third party delivery platforms. Subject to minimum delivery spends, stores offer a limited delivery service to certain prescribed areas to ensure that our products are at their best when they reach at your door. If you live outside a prescribed delivery area, you will not be able to have our products delivered to you, although you may collect these from your ordered store. We strive to maintain our excellent reputation for on-time delivery. However, sometimes this may not be possible due unforeseen circumstances and the reasons beyond our control such as the weather, traffic conditions etc.
All the offers will be subject to availability of products/stock and these cannot be used in conjunction with any other deals instore or online. Offers can be withdrawn at any time without prior notice. Please email us on info@brgrbro.co.uk for your in-store experience and any questions relating to these terms and conditions.
All entrants will be required to provide a genuine email address that is personal, valid and accessible throughout the promotion. In the event that the specified information is not provided, incorrect or an alias, the entry may be considered incomplete and therefore the Promoter reserves the right to invalidate the entry.
In the event of an email address becoming inaccessible during the promotion, the Promoter is not able to retrieve and amend any existing entries to a new email address.
The Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters.
Any and all costs incurred take part in the promotion or the main promotional prize are the responsibility of the winner. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for costs incurred.
The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss.
Limitations of liability: Neither the Promoter, its agents or anyone professionally connected to the promotion, assume any responsibility or liability for:
Conduct of entry: The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with redemption process or the operation of the promotion; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the Terms & Conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive.
If, due to unforeseen circumstances, the prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another prize for it, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, the prize will only be awarded directly to the participant.
If, for any reason, any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter may in its sole discretion modify or suspend the competition or invalidate any affected entries.
If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for address and identity details (which they must provide within 14 calendar days) and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement, and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise, where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter for all decisions, which are final and binding. It will not respond to any correspondence.
If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms & Conditions.
By taking part in the promotion, winners agree that BrgrBro may contact them to ask whether they want to participate in reasonable marketing activities and publicity relating to the promotion. Such publicity may include, without limitation, the entrants name and/or if consent given, image or statements made by the entrants concerning the promotion and/or prizes obtained as part of the promotion. Winners are not obliged to agree to any request.
The last day to redeem any prizes is 31st December 2022.
